Useful things to write about
- Corrections. If a detail on any page is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us what it says and what it should say. This is the most valuable mail we get.
- Hotel suggestions. A property you think belongs in one of the four categories, and a sentence on why. We can't promise to add it, and we don't add hotels on request from the hotels themselves.
- Permissions and press. Questions about quoting or referencing anything published here.
Things we can't help with
We are not a booking agent and have no access to any hotel's reservation system. We cannot check availability, change or cancel a reservation, chase a refund, or pass a message to a property. For any of that, contact the hotel directly — every one of the sixteen listed here takes enquiries through its own website.
